Pickleball Rules

A game of pickleball starts with the serve. The server starts in the right hand corner and switches back and forth between the left hand corner after every serve. The pickleball player serves underhand while keeping one foot behind the back line. The serve must go diagonally across court, and pass over the no volley zone. Only one serve attempt is permitted, unless the ball hits the net and goes into the correct court.

When the serving team gets one fault they must pass the serve to the other team. From now on, it takes two faults to pass the serve. When both players on the serving team receive a fault they must pass the serve to the other team.

The serving team is the only team that can earn points. The first team to 11 points wins the game, but they must win by a 2 point margin.
